Delicious Detox Recipe:  Cauliflower with Roasted Brussel Sprouts

What you need:

  • 1lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1/4tspn celtic sea salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1-2tblspn fresh thyme or rosemary (I prefer both!)
  • 2 tblspn olive oil

Get the oven hot to 400F. Put vegetables in a 9×13” baking dish (glass/pyrex preferred). Add oil, salt and pepper. Toss vegetables and spices together by hand. Place in the pan and roast 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with the fresh herbs and serve them immediately!

Yields 4-6 servings.
