Once your discovery call is on the calendar, you will speak with the New Patient Coordinator about your history and whether a full evaluation makes sense. If you proceed, the clinical team reviews your case in depth, coordinates lab requisitions when indicated, and builds a personalized plan. Between visits, the patient portal is where messaging, results, and paperwork live.
